Welcome to Terragrav. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Terragrav website, services, and platform (“Terragrav,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Terragrav you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use Terragrav.
Terragrav provides tools for startups and small businesses to raise capital, manage growth, and explore exit strategies through crowdfunding and investor connections.
All monetary transactions are processed by Stripe. By contributing or launching a campaign you also agree to Stripe’s Services Agreement. Terragrav does not store credit-card data.
Creators must present accurate information and fulfill any promised rewards. Terragrav is not the creator, seller, or guarantor of campaign deliverables.
Platform and payment-processing fees (where applicable) are shown before a campaign goes live and are deducted automatically by Stripe.
All pledges are final and non-refundable unless the campaign creator voluntarily issues a refund.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraud or misuse.
All site content is owned by Terragrav or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Terragrav a licence to display and promote it on the platform.
Terragrav is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.”
